We are looking for a
Senior Business Analyst to support strategic financial planning and decision-making initiatives. This role partners closely with Treasury and business stakeholders to define, analyze, and optimize business processes, system requirements, and data flows for financial forecasting and reporting solutions. The successful candidate will drive requirement definition, support system implementation, and ensure user-centric, data-driven outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management, Applied Mathematics, or related field
Experience
- 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst in financial services or banking
- 5+ years experience in:
- Business process design and documentation
- QA and testing of IT applications
- 2+ years experience in:
- Data analysis using SQL
- Financial systems
- Hands-on experience with:
- Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence
- Business process optimization
- UI/UX design and solution roll-out
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of the Product Delivery Life Cycle
- Experience with data warehousing and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, Business Objects)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Visio)
- Experience with Figma or similar design tools
- Familiarity with Microsoft platforms (Dynamics 365, PowerApps, Power Automate, SharePoint) is an advantage
Preferred Qualifications & Certifications
- Certification in Business Analysis, Agile, UX, or Product frameworks
- Strong knowledge of BABOK (IIBA certification preferred)
- Experience with Agile, ITIL, PRINCE2, PMI, or similar methodologies

- Lead requirement elicitation sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews
- Document business, functional, and data requirements
- Analyze current-state systems and define future-state solutions
- Design and optimize end-to-end business processes
- Present solution options and recommendations to stakeholders
- Prepare detailed requirements documentation and conduct knowledge transfer
Testing & Implementation Support
- Guide the preparation of test cases, scenarios, and scripts
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business users
- Track, manage, and support resolution of defects and issues
- Ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards
Data & Systems Integration
- Define source-to-target data mappings
- Document data transformation rules and business logic
- Support data integration across financial, reporting, and BI systems
User Experience & Design
- Apply user-centric design principles across all deliverables
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and developers to deliver intuitive solutions
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Review solution designs and ensure alignment with requirements
