👋What are our wishes?

We are seeking a Business Analyst – Data Analysis with at least 3 years of experience, preferably in the finance industry. This role focuses on data analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder collaboration, working closely with business units and IT teams to deliver high-impact, data-driven solutions. You will contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of systems within a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications (Education & Experience)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Experience working in cross-functional IT and business teams

Requirements (Skills & Competencies)

  • Strong proficiency in Power BI, Power Apps, SQL, and Microsoft Excel
  • Solid data analysis, data management, and reporting skills
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setup
  • Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, or similar IT delivery frameworks

Nice To Have

  • Knowledge of private sector operations and financial systems such as CreditLens, LoanIQ, or Summit

Reporting & Coordination

  • Reports to the IT Department Manager and works closely with project teams, internal users, and external stakeholders
  • Provides additional support and services as required by the IT supervisor or user unit

💼How can you contribute to the team?

Lead end-to-end business requirements gathering and validation from key stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business needs and IT solutions

  • Engage stakeholders to understand business processes and translate requirements into clear, actionable functional and data requirements
  • Conduct gap and impact analysis, identifying functional and data gaps and recommending enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience
  • Ensure proposed solutions align with business objectives, quality standards, and IT security/governance policies
  • Support implementation, QA, deployment, and post-implementation monitoring to ensure system performance and user satisfaction
  • Prepare project status reports, support incident and escalation management, and perform root cause analysis with preventive recommendations
  • Utilize Power BI and data analysis tools to transform operational data into insights that support decision-making and continuous improvement

Location: Ortigas, Mandaluyong City

Work Setup: Remote, with occasional reporting on-site if required

Work Schedule: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Manila Time

Type: Project-based (minimum 1 year, subject to extension) / Staff Augmentation
