What Youll Be Doing

  • Developing and executing innovative brand strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and loyalty for Remedy Skintechs product lines
  • Managing and overseeing all brand marketing campaigns, including content creation, digital marketing, events, and promotions
  • Conducting market research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities to strengthen the Remedy Skintech brand
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with teams in product development, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency and alignment
  • Monitoring and analysing brand performance metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives and inform future strategies
  • Staying up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging marketing technologies to continuously improve the brands impact
  • Coaches and manages the productivity and performance of team members.

Minimum Qualifications

What were looking for

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in brand management, strategic marketing, handling new customer/patient acquisition growth, and project management
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful, data-driven brand strategic marketing campaigns
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in complex or formal discussions with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making
  • Familiarity with the latest digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media, content creation, and analytics
  • Passion for the skincare industry and a deep understanding of consumer trends and preferences
  • Experience working for a startup brand or Aesthetic industry is an advantage
