Reporting of the role
This role reports to: Finance Manager

In Three Months
In this role, your goals will be:
- Familiarize with the internal accounting and reporting systems
- Perform monthly closing and financial reporting, liaison with regional finance team on reporting matters.
- Establish good rapport with the agencies being handled.
- Must be aware of making chart of accounts, balance sheet and profit and loss account
In Six Months
- Provide and interpret financial information of the company to the Group management.
- Preparing budgets and quarterly forecasts and timely submission to regional office.
- Monitoring actual performance with budgets and forecasts, providing summary of variances and reasoning.
- Ensure completion of audits and compliance related tasks.
In 12 Months
- Support the commercial and client management services teams to provide guidance as per the financial perspective of particular agency
- Support the agencies and/or specialized units i.e Trading, Digital and ESP in terms of budgeting and targets achievement.
- Identify opportunities to improve and achieve sustainable compliance in finance operations and reporting

Minimum Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, preferably with a CPA or equivalent professional qualification
- More than 3 years of work experience in accounting and financial reporting
- Relevant experience with the Big 4 or large MNCs
- Ability to work collaborately with the agency teams and auditors
- Work independently, mature and responsible Proven ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
- Must have advance excel skill
- Attention to details, and good analytical skills
