Individual Responsibilities

Role Summary and Impact

  • Lead the execution and optimization of Paid Social campaigns across major platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter), ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and agency standards.
  • Collaborate with managers and strategists to co-develop full-funnel social strategies (awareness, consideration, conversion), incorporating platform-specific best practices and advanced features.
  • Manage Paid Social activations across core and emerging platforms (e.g., LINE, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest), providing platform-specific insights and recommendations to enhance campaign performance.
  • Analyze campaign performance mid-flight and post-launch, delivering actionable insights and optimization plans to internal teams and clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date certifications (e.g., Meta Blueprint, Twitter Flight School) and proactively apply learning to improve campaign outcomes.
  • Take ownership of select cross-functional or innovation-driven projects, contributing to process improvements and test-and-learn initiatives.
  • Any other project or tasks as assigned from time to time.

Group Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate strong understanding of GroupM agency priorities, campaign KPIs, and client business objectives to influence planning and execution decisions.
  • Provide consultative input to internal teams on evolving media behaviors, social platform innovations, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Proactively identify performance gaps and recommend data-driven solutions to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of campaigns.
  • Resolve campaign delivery challenges with minimal supervision, and escalate complex issues with a clear solution-oriented approach.
  • Ensure financial and operational compliance with GroupM processes and contribute to audit-readiness and documentation.
  • Actively contribute to team knowledge sharing by mentoring junior team members and participating in training sessions or case study presentations.
  • Continuously expand and share knowledge and understanding of new trends, channels and technologiesacross social activation

Skills And Experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Effective communication, analytical skills, and ability to successfully adapt to fast changing environment.
  • Passionate about digital media/technology and eager to keep learning.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and effective communication skills.
  • Team player demonstrated by the ability to receive and provide feedback professionally, thrive and collaborate in a cross-functional environment
  • Possess analytical, problem solving, time management, and creative thinking skills
  • Knowledge of digital marketing preferred.
  • Detail oriented, meticulous, responsive to deadlines, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ongoing interest in digital marketing, industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Strive for excellence demonstrated as commitment to continuous improvement, taking initiative, and delivering results despite constraints.
