Overview

The Senior Analyst will play a key role in supporting the Publicis Media Data Intelligence team in delivering advanced analytics and research solutions that drive smarter marketing and media decisions. The role focuses on hands-on data analysis, automation, and presentations, translating complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for partner brands.

You will work closely with the Research and Analytics Manager and cross-functional teams to support projects that span marketing effectiveness and measurement, audience and consumer research, and data analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Lead or support the design and execution of advanced analytics projects such as marketing mix modelling (MMM), attribution studies, and test-and-learn initiatives that inform planning and optimization;
  • Translate complex analyses into business-relevant insights through dashboards, storytelling, and presentations;
  • Lead or support mixed-method research to uncover insights that inform audience understanding, brand strategy, and communication planning;
  • Collaborate with media, strategy, and research teams to understand client needs and ensure analytical outputs are actionable and aligned with marketing objectives;
  • Build automation scripts, data pipelines, and dashboards to streamline analytics workflows and reporting using R, Python, or SQL; and
  • Drive innovation by exploring new tools, datasets, and research approaches that strengthen the team’s analytics offering.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in analytics or data science roles. Experience working in a media agency or marketing analytics environment a strong plus;
  • Good communication and presentation skills - able to simplify and articulate complex data into meaningful stories through presentations, reports, and emails to both technical and non-technical audiences;
  • Proficient in R and/or Python for data extraction, data cleaning, data transformation, and statistical modelling;
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio);
  • Strong statistical background - skilled in time series, predictive modelling, etc;
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; and
  • Curious, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
