Senior Analyst Supply Planning New Product Development Planner

Job Summary

NPD Planner is responsible for maintaining the correct master data in SAP both ECC and APO, for new product/materials/sku’s, obsolescence of current code, providing depletion timings of the current with minimum write-offs, governance in the handover of NPD sku’s to the regular FG Planner in line with target FAD and Product launch.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Represents Supply Planning in a Project Meetings (from Kick off to Launch timings).
• Maintain the correct Master data in SAP (ECC & APO) until materials is active (ZA).
• Maintain the obsolescence of the current code upon depletion of stocks.
• Provides depletion timings of the current and start date of the new code with minimum write offs.
• Sense check Forecast flowing in APO SNP94 vs. FAD, launch timings and volume provided during the Project meeting.
• Pro-actively raise concern if there’s a gap to meet FAD & Launch timings.
• Sense check the Project Timeline set from Kick off meeting to FAD is align with the lead time of each functions (Procurement, Costing, Production, Logistics).
• Governance in the handover of the NPD skus to the regular FG Planner.
• Attend Huddle, Control tower and Step 3 meetings in your respective cluster.
• Collaborate with cross functional team (Demand, MRP, FG, Logistics, Costing, CF, Marketing, SP Managers).
  
  

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies

• Graduate of Engineering or business-related course
• At least 2 years of experience working in a supply or similar function, preferably in a multinational or multicultural environment.
• Expertise in SAP (ECC & APO-master data) is a must.
• In-depth knowledge in the process of New Product Development (NPD) is a plus. Can effectively and efficiently work with highly volatile markets.
• High tolerance to deal with complexity and ambiguity.
• Growth mindset to adapt to rapid technological shifts, market changes and evolving demands
• Full understanding of total chain of planning processes.
• Strong Communication and Negotiation skills
• Pro-active & collaborative team worker

• Leadership capabilities
• Kinaxis/SAP Hana familiarity an advantage
  
  

Job Requirements

• Full-time employment
• Onsite work (M-F); remote work once a week is available after 3 months
• Work Hours: 8:00AM or 9:00AM to 5:00PM or 6:00PM (Mondays to Fridays)
• Overtime might be required depending on the critical deliverables
