Senior Analyst And Level 3

The Trust and Safety Senior Analyst will serve as a highly skilled subject matter expert in Geo-Politics, online harms, and digital risk landscapes. This role is pivotal in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating emerging threats across global markets, with a special focus on geopolitical sensitivities and platform integrity. The analyst will work closely with internal stakeholders and external clients, providing expert insights and actionable recommendations to uphold safety and trust across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess geopolitical developments and their impact on platform safety and user risk.
• Identify and evaluate online harms including child safety, violence, suicide and self-harm, hate speech, extremism, and general violative content in line with individual client policies.
• Provide expert analysis and reporting on emerging threats and trends in digital safety.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including policy, legal, product, and operations to develop mitigation strategies.
• Engage in client-facing communications, presenting findings and recommendations with clarity and professionalism.
• Manage own workload and deadlines effectively, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
• Contribute to the development of internal frameworks and best practices for risk detection and response.
  
  

• Proven expertise in Geo-Politics, online safety, and risk analysis.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
• Write clear, concise, and insightful intelligence reports to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to convey technical and sensitive topics clearly.
• Experience in client-facing roles, with the ability to build trust and credibility.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in an ever changing, fast-paced environment.
• Experience of digital platforms, content moderation, and trust & safety operations.
• Additional language proficiency is a significant advantage.
