Security Supervisor

This position will be responsible for all issues related to the security and protection of all team members, facilities, etc. Accountable for the execution and adaptation of the company’s security programs, policies and procedures.

Security Supervision

• Assists the PDE SHES Manager in all Security and Risk Assessment under his assigned cluster
• Enforces and Implements orders/ directives on security concerns of the ARI PDE Manager under his assigned cluster
• Initiates security investigations directed by th ARI PDE SHES Manager.
• Assists security team in security operations.
• Enforces all pertinent corporate safety codes and standards as directed by the ARI PDE SHES Manager
• Assists the ARI PDE SHES Manager in reviewing and developing Security Plan and emergency security response plans in collaboration with local authorities.
• Facilitates Asset protection activities and crime prevention activities
• Designs and implements procedures and strategies of corporate security policies, including but not limited to internal investigations, executive protection, workplace violence, technological protection systems, contract guard force management, proprietary information protection, and crisis management.
• Supervises the security contracts on its proper delivery.
• Ensures the effective and efficient delivery of security services of the Security Vendor
• Maintains close oversight of all executive protection requirements providing pre-planning intelligence information to appropriate personnel.
• Liaises with law enforcement agencies and gathers intelligence information under his assigned Region.
• Assists in planning, writing and coordinating with law enforcement, and military elements for the facilities and client’s emergency preparedness plans, coordinates implementation of these plans, locally.
• Conducts investigations on security related matters, examines and evaluates issues/ complaints and prepares reports of findings.
• Ensures that the contractors should follow the contract related to security.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the contractors related to security
  
  

• Submits reports on security admin and operations matters to the ARI SHES Manager.
• Attends meetings as required.
• Prepares and updates security policies and procedures.
  
  

• Trains (As needed) and Supervises contracted security personnel
• Provides security orientation.
• Leads in the cultivation and maintenance of an organizational culture of excellent performance, competence and teamwork consistent with the mission and values of the company.
  
  

• Complies with company policies and procedures, safety rules and practices.
• Conforms to the company’s Integrated Management Systems policies, standards, procedures and guidelines.
• Reports Integrated Management System events/incidents or potential events or other risks to the organization.
• Assist the ARI PDE SHES Manager on the protection of the Physical Aspect of information assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference by:
• Ensuring the confidentiality of all data, information and other matters which are private, sensitive or confidential in nature or the exposure of which to other employees, persons, entities or organizations constitutes conflict of interest with and/or poses liability or damage to the Company.
  
  

• Supervisory Experience: Five (5) years
• Project Experience: Preferably with working experience in the power industry and have knowledge in supervising security-construction related activities.
• Proficient on security admin/operations and intelligence matters
• With Investigation Experience/Skills
• Knowledge and experience in weapons handling
• Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
• License Required (Security Officer Level)
