- Conduct shop & category analysis and formulate insights on the data
- Distill and summarize data sets into understandable summaries and actionable suggestions
- Provide timely in-depth reports of shop performance and drivers
- Spot opportunities on assortment, pricing and strategy to help drive growth
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration or relevant field
- At least 2-3 years of work experience in data analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and GSuite tools
- Working knowledge in VBA, SQL or Python is a plus
- Superior analytical capabilities and writing abilities, able to maintain data confidentiality
- Adaptable, willing to learn and thrive in a fast paced environment
- Able to deliver quality work while meeting deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Amenable to work onsite in Ortigas
