What You’ll Do

  • Provide professional, first-line IT and SAP support via service desk, phone, and email.
  • Log, prioritize, and resolve incidents/requests using ITSM tools; escalate complex issues promptly.
  • Ensure SLA compliance and maintain clear, effective communication with all users.
  • Assist with system access, process documentation, and operational reporting.
  • Contribute actively to continuous improvement and knowledge base updates.


Key Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years in a Service Desk or corporate IT support role.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes (certification preferred).
  • Prior experience or knowledge of SAP systems is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.


Work Set Up

Work setup & hours may vary by location in accordance with local norms, practices & policies.

  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours Perth or Brisbane (6 am–3 pm or 7 am - 4pm PHT) with a full-time WFH work arrangement.
