The Opportunity

We’re seeking a passionate and skilled Service Desk Analyst to join a dynamic, collaborative team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, incidents, and service requests. You’ll gain hands-on experience with SAP technologies, work within ITIL-aligned frameworks, and collaborate with expert consultants to deliver outstanding customer support.

Work setup: Hybrid (mostly remote) with occasional onsite reporting 1–2 times per month following Australian business hours (6:00 AM–3:00 PM PST)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line IT and SAP support via service desk, phone, and email.
  • Log, prioritise, and resolve incidents and requests using ITSM tools.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams.
  • Ensure SLA compliance and maintain clear communication with customers.
  • Assist with system access requests, process documentation, and reporting.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge base updates.


Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 1–2 years’ experience in a Service Desk or IT support role.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes (certification a plus).
  • SAP knowledge or experience highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
