We’re seeking a passionate and skilled Service Desk Analyst to join a dynamic, collaborative team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, incidents, and service requests. You’ll gain hands-on experience with SAP technologies, work within ITIL-aligned frameworks, and collaborate with expert consultants to deliver outstanding customer support.
Work setup: Hybrid (mostly remote) with occasional onsite reporting 1–2 times per month following Australian business hours (6:00 AM–3:00 PM PST)
