The Opportunity

Join a collaborative SAP delivery environment where you will implement, enhance, and support end‑to‑end payroll solutions across SAP SuccessFactors ECP. This hands‑on role spans configuration, integrations, testing, troubleshooting, and client engagement. You’ll partner closely with EC, Time, Finance, and Integration teams to deliver payroll outcomes aligned with AU/NZ compliance and best‑practice methodologies. This role is suited to SAP Payroll consultants who have delivered payroll implementations or configurations for clients, rather than end users of SAP Payroll

• Configure and deliver SAP Payroll and/or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) solutions for client payroll environments.
• Conduct workshops and translate business and payroll requirements into scalable SAP Payroll solutions.
• Execute payroll testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, UAT, parallel runs, and payroll reconciliation.
• Troubleshoot payroll calculation issues, configuration defects, replication issues, and integration-related variances.
• Collaborate with Employee Central, Time, Integration, Finance, and technical teams to deliver end-to-end payroll solutions.
• Support payroll integrations including banking files, GL postings, time management, and third-party interfaces.
• Prepare functional documentation including requirements, functional specifications, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and training materials.
• Assist with cutover planning, go-live activities, hypercare support, and knowledge transfer.
  
  
  

• Hands-on SAP Payroll and/or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) configuration experience.
• Strong understanding of payroll configuration concepts including schemas, PCRs, wage types, payroll functions, and troubleshooting.
• Experience participating in end-to-end SAP Payroll or ECP implementation projects from requirements gathering through go-live and hypercare.
• Experience working in an SAP consultancy, systems integrator, or client-facing project delivery environment.
• Exposure to payroll integrations involving Employee Central, Time Management, Finance, banking, or third-party systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to Australian and/or New Zealand payroll is preferred but not required.
