CORE PROFILE

Developer with proven platform customization and custom development experience in Salesforce.

NATURE OF WORK

• Build Salesforce solutions using declarative and programmatic approach based on business requirements
• Lead POC initiatives related to new integrations, Salesforce features and product offerings.
• Lead adoption of Salesforce in Maya.
• Comfortable working in agile environments.
• Write detailed technical documentation.
• Up to date understanding of Salesforce ecosystem.
• Define and promote Salesforce best practices, standards, and guidelines.
  
  

DISPLAYED SKILL MASTERY

• Salesforce – declarative and imperative programming, data model, security model
• Programming Languages – APEX, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SOQL, SOSL
  
  

EXPECTED RESULTS

• Be able to deliver efficient and scalable Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
• Be able to lead POC initiatives using cloud resources and different tools.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field.
• 6+ years of experience in Salesforce platform as Developer or Consultant.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce Platform including: Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
• Other Salesforce Clouds such as Data, Marketing, Financial Services, Revenue, etc will be a plus.
• Strong understanding of business concepts: Customer Relationship Management, Sales, Customer Service
• Strong proficiency in APEX, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Visualforce
• Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations, Salesforce to other enterprise systems.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative tools.
• Knowledge of database concepts and SOQL/SOSL.
• Experience integrating AppExchange products as business processes accelerators.
• Experience with CI/CD (Git, Copado, Gearset).
• Experience with AI features (Agentforce) /tools (MCP, Skills, etc) /AI-assisted software development (Cursor, Agentforce Vibes, etc)
• Salesforce Certifications: Platform Developer I and Platform Developer II
• Other certifications will be a plus.
