Job Description

Maintains, completes and ensures that relevant documents are accurate and kept up-to-date in addition to supporting the sales teams when required in relation to specific sales or marketing activities.

Performs risk assessment, determine the level of risk, monitor compliance, understand applicable policies and procedures and communicate awareness relative to items identified by Audit as well as Credit, SIP Loans and Personal Loans product. Provide accurate and timely financial and performance reporting, pricing negotiation for products and services needed by the Division.

Responsibilities

  • Application review and verification of credit cards and personal loans applications
  • Complaint handling and investigation
  • Training and knowledge transfer to new employees

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor’s/College Degree, preferably related to Business Management, Banking & Finance, Marketing, and Economics
  • At least 3 to 5 years of customer service experience
  • Strong knowledge of credit cards and corporate products, including industry trends and compliance regulations
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on client resolution and satisfaction.
  • High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in managing back-end processes and client information
