Job Description
The position is primarily responsible in soliciting and sourcing auto loan applications from various channels to
meet volume targets. It provides consistent channel servicing by addressing inquiries, visiting branches and
dealers, and processing accreditation and loan-related documents. The position coordinates with internal and
external clients to track application status, secure credit decisions, and facilitate document signing. It ensures
compliance by monitoring documentary deficiencies and mandatory training requirements. Additionally, the
role supervises and supports Sales Assistants to help them meet targets and fulfill administrative tasks.
