About The Role

We're looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to actively seek out new business opportunities, engage with potential customers, and drive revenue growth through both inbound and outbound sales efforts. You'll play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying leads, initiating contact with prospects, responding to inbound interest, and nurturing relationships that drive sales conversions. You'll be one of the earliest local voices representing Keka in the Philippines, so how you show up — curious, respectful, and consultative — matters as much as the numbers you hit.

What You'll Do

• Research and identify target companies and key decision makers across HR, Finance, and Operations functions in the Philippines market.
• Run outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels) to generate qualified conversations and meetings.
• Qualify inbound leads and route them appropriately, ensuring a smooth handoff to Account Executives.
• Understand each prospect's HR and people ops challenges well enough to have a real, useful conversation, not a scripted pitch.
• Nurture leads through multiple touchpoints, educating them on Keka's value and building genuine relationships before they're sales ready.
• Maintain accurate, up to date records of outreach and pipeline activity in the CRM, tracking every opportunity as it moves.
• Work closely with marketing and sales leadership to test messaging and refine what works for Filipino buyers, since this is new ground for Keka.
• Partner with Account Executives beyond the handoff, helping build champions and navigate internal approvals to keep deals moving.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generated.
  
  

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role.
• Understanding of B2B SaaS or technology sales; hands-on exposure to the sales cycle is a strong plus.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills; comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders.
• Curiosity and resilience — you're comfortable picking up the phone, handling rejection, and learning from every conversation.
• Organized and self-driven, with the discipline to manage a high volume of outreach without losing quality.
• Based in or willing to work onsite in Manila.
  
  

• Prior exposure to a CRM tool (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
• Some understanding of HR, payroll, or workplace technology.
• Experience or interest in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.
  
  

• Sales: Partner with Account Executives to hunt qualified opportunities, build pipeline, and help close deals.
• Marketing: Work closely with marketing to align messaging, share insights from real conversations, and refine what resonates with Filipino buyers.
