Sales Development Representative (Part-Time, Remote)

Our client is seeking a dependable and experienced Sales Development Representative to support their growing team. This role is part of a remote team environment and will work closely with internal stakeholders to support day-to-day operations and ongoing initiatives. Intelus Agency manages recruitment, placement, and ongoing support for this position, while the day-to-day work is performed directly with our client’s team.

This is a brand-new, independent role focused on outbound prospecting and appointment setting. The position requires strong self-management, consistent execution, and the ability to confidently engage senior decision-makers across healthcare organizations, universities, nonprofits, and corporations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain targeted prospect lists through structured research
  • Execute daily outbound outreach through cold and warm calling
  • Conduct consistent LinkedIn outreach to decision-makers
  • Manage structured email follow-up sequences
  • Book qualified meetings with senior decision-makers
  • Maintain disciplined CRM updates, lead tracking, and pipeline management
  • Manage multiple prospects and outreach activities simultaneously


Candidate Profile

Required

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales development, outbound prospecting, or a similar specialist-level role
  • Proven experience with cold calling, outbound outreach, and appointment setting
  • Strong pipeline management and lead tracking experience
  • Hands-on experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Native or near-native English fluency with strong verbal communication skills and client-facing professionalism
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities independently with high accountability
  • Availability to work part-time (20+ hours per week), Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM Pacific Time (PST)


Preferred

  • Experience in a similar professional services-related industry
  • Experience working with U.S.-based teams or clients


What Success Looks Like (First 60–90 Days)

  • Consistently building and maintaining organized prospect lists aligned
  • Executing daily outreach across LinkedIn, phone, and email with structured follow-up with target markets
  • Maintaining disciplined CRM updates and pipeline tracking
  • Consistently booking qualified meetings with decision-makers in target organizations


Work Environment

This is a fully remote, part-time position operating during Pacific Time business hours. The role functions independently with minimal supervision and requires strong personal accountability. While collaboration with the broader team may occur, the position is primarily self-directed and results-focused.
