The Role
We are hiring a driven, high-energy SDR whose primary mission is simple:
Book qualified workflow discovery calls for our Account Executives.
You will prospect dental laboratories across North America, educate them on workflow automation, and create curiosity that leads to deep-dive discovery calls.
You are not selling software.
You are opening doors to operational transformation.
What You’ll Be Doing
High-volume outbound calling (“smile and dial” — and enjoy it)
Personalized email & LinkedIn outreach
Qualifying labs based on:
Technician count
Daily digital scan volume
Workflow complexity
Growth goals
Using consultative openers (not robotic scripts)
Creating curiosity around:
Staffing challenges
Production bottlenecks
Manual data entry
Scaling without headcount
Booking discovery calls for Account Executives
Logging detailed notes in HubSpot
Hitting and exceeding weekly booked-meeting targets

Consistently books qualified discovery calls
Asks intelligent workflow questions
