As the Sales Development Officer, you will support business growth and profitability by managing customer relationships, driving product sales, and ensuring timely collections within the assigned territory. Your role contributes to sustainable performance through effective negotiations, proactive account management, and consistent delivery of service aligned with FELCO’s standards.
Key Roles And Responsibilities
Sales & Account Management
Negotiates with existing and potential customers to achieve sales targets in line with the Basic Call Procedure.
Prospects new accounts to expand coverage and strengthen market presence.
Collections & Compliance
Ensures timely collection from active accounts and clears balances from inactive accounts.
Adheres to company policies and industry standards in all financial transactions.
Customer Engagement
Embodies FELCO’s values to build trust, credibility, and a positive brand image.
Provides personalized solutions and support to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Operational Efficiency
Manages coverage planning, organizes sales documents, and executes merchandising and promotions.
Maximizes use of company property and tools of trade to improve productivity and results.
Qualifications
