What you will achieve:

• Meet personal and team sales targets by using effective sales techniques.
• Deliver excellent customer service, including product recommendations and handling inquiries or issues.
• Support junior team members by sharing product knowledge and sales tips.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Stay familiar with all store products, new launches, and ongoing promotions.
• Understand customer needs and provide personalized shopping advice.
• Keep up with retail trends and competitor activities to better serve customers.
• Help with daily store tasks like opening/closing, cash handling, and stock management.
  
  

What you will need:

• Experience in retail brand sales is preferred, and POS experience is a huge plus.
• Serious and responsible for work, patient with customers, able to bear hardships and stand hard work
• Enthusiastic and cheerful personality, with good expression and communication skills
• Aligns with the company’s vision, demonstrates accountability, and contributes to collective growth.
