Lala Automotive Philippines Inc. known with its brand name, Lalamove Automotive (Lala Auto) is one of the Lala brands under the on-demand delivery platform, Lalamove, in the Philippines. We are a trusted partner in driving limitless possibilities by offering vehicle financing options to help interested Lalamove Operators and Drivers to start a profitable on-demand delivery business.

Our brand is currently looking for a Sales Associate who is highly motivated and self-driven to join our auto sales team and make a difference, have fun and earn.

What Youll Do

• Drive sales by promoting vehicle financing solutions to drivers and operators
• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Guide customers through the full sales process—from inquiry to vehicle release
• Clearly explain vehicle features, financing terms, and requirements
• Actively participate in roadshows, weekend activations, and lead generation activities
• Maintain a strong follow-up system to generate repeat business and referrals
• Continuously find ways to improve sales performance and customer experience
  
  

What We Seek

• Strong communication and people skills
• Confidence in selling and handling objections
• Willingness to work weekends (especially for roadshows and peak leads)
• Resilience, discipline, and a results-driven mindset
• Basic knowledge of sales processes or customer service (a plus, not required)
  
  

What Youll Need

• Willing to work weekends and holidays (peak sales periods and roadshows)
• Comfortable with on-ground, field-based sales work
• Able to commit to a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Willing to work onsite in 4F, Tower 2 Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX), 1 Kennedy Road, Brgy. Tambo, Paranaque City
