Through a deep understanding of the country’s CE channel, product and customer landscapes, the Account Manager will execute initiatives to improve capabilities and performance of assigned retail partners.

Description

Establish and lead close working relationship with the senior stakeholders u0026 key people of multi-brand retail partnersnStrategize, develop and execute sales initiatives that drive incremental business outcomes and outstanding Apple customer experience. nTo develop partner sales efficiency and maximize the sales of Apple products to end-users.nDevelop and manage a reliable forecast and ensure the disciplined use of Apple sales forecasting tools and processes.nHold regular performance and planning reviews with channel partners. nAgree quarterly marketing and in-store / on-line activities to meet weekly sell through targets.nEnsure all POS forecast from Partners are reliable and understand the weekly variance where applicable. nWork closely with Reseller Operations to forecast and influence product supply to meet and exceed sales forecasts. nProvide input to the Channel Marketing quarterly activities and in-store programs.nUnderstand the market trends and stores performances, challenges on a deep level and its impact to business.nPlan and agree with Channel Partners on quarterly sales, marketing and in-store activities, quarterly/weekly sell-in and sell through targets and hold regular performance and planning reviews with Channel Partners.nWork closely with cross-functional teams on forecasts and influence product supply to meet and exceed sales forecasts/targets.nAnalyze opportunities in relevant channels and be able to develop strategies to address issues of coverage or quality executions (or both).nImplement marketing programs online u0026 offline , as prescribed by Apple.nWorking with the Apple training team, to ensure that the partner sales staff are trained, insightful and confident in selling Apple products and the greater ecosystem.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educationn6+ years of professional channel management u0026 retail sales experience or relevant account management experience, preferably with background from FMCG, CE/IT/Smartphone or Software/Services.nConsistent track record in the delivery of ambitious growth targets.nSales management experience / Retail partnership management.nAble to scale interaction at executive levels on strategic matters. Also has latitude to interface all the way to the line managers of the organization.nDemonstrated ability to connect and influence key stakeholders, manage complex business partnerships and drive business objectives through key relationships.nDemonstrated creativity in developing channel growth strategies with partners both short-term u0026 long-term goals, while building sustainable value for customers and partners.nPossess great presentation u0026 communications skills (preferably in both English and Filipino)
