RPA Developer Work From Home

Specific Duties And Responsibilities

• Design and develop RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere to automate business processes and improve efficiency
• Build and enhance web automation workflows using browser automation packages to support business process execution
• Create and maintain Excel VBA macros to enable seamless integration within automation workflows
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing bots to ensure performance stability and minimize operational disruptions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and identify automation opportunities that align with business needs
• Develop process documentation, including PDDs, SDDs, and runbooks, to ensure clarity and maintainability of solutions
• Monitor both performance and resolve failures or exceptions to ensure continuity of operations
• Ensure automation solutions comply with security, audit, and governance standards
• Participate in testing cycles and support deployment activities to ensure a smooth transition to production
• Provide support during critical business periods, such as month-end closing cycles, to maintain process continuity
  
  

• Automation Anywhere Development - Ability to develop RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere to support process automation
• Excel VBA and Macro Development - Ability to create, debug, and optimize macros to enable robust automation workflows
• Web Automation Development - Ability to build browser-based automations handling dynamic elements to ensure reliable execution
• RPA Lifecycle Management - Ability to manage end-to-end RPA development lifecycle to support consistent delivery and maintenance
• Integration and Scripting - Ability to work with APIs, databases, and file-based integrations to enable seamless system connectivity
  
  

• Finance Domain Knowledge - Ability to understand finance processes to support automation use cases such as record-to-report or procure-to-pay
• Enterprise Systems Familiarity - Ability to work with ERP or SAP systems to enable enterprise-grade automation
• Multi-Tool Automation Exposure - Ability to utilize tools such as Alteryx, Power Automate, or UIPath to enhance automation capabilities
• Compliance and Audit Awareness - Ability to align automation solutions with SOX and governance requirements
• Problem Solving and Analytical Thinking - Ability to analyze issues and identify effective solutions to support operational continuity
• Stakeholder Management - Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with business users to ensure alignment
• Independent Work Capability - Ability to manage and support a large inventory of bots with minimal supervision
• Documentation and Organization - Ability to maintain structured documentation to ensure knowledge continuity
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Relevant certifications in RPA or Automation Anywhere (preferred)
  
  

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in RPA development, particularly using Automation Anywhere (A360 preferred)
• Strong experience in Excel VBA development and macro execution within automation workflows
• Proven experience in web automation, including handling dynamic elements and browser interactions
• Solid understanding of RPA lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, and support
• Experience working with APIs, databases, and file-based integrations
• Experience supporting and maintaining automation solutions in production environments
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to support stakeholder collaboration and issue resolution
  
  

• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday; Weekends off
• Initial Schedule: Business Hours (08:00 AM EST to 05:00 PM EST) during onboarding
• Transition Schedule: Mid Shift (4:00 PM - 1:00 AM PHT) to provide extended operational coverage
• Location: GCC Philippines (NQX)
• Overtime/On call: May be required based on operational needs
