RPA Business Analyst

The RPA Project Officer plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and tehcnological solutions. Primary responsibility will be to analyze business processes, identify areas for automation and oversee the implementation of Automation COE projects. This person will work closely with stakeholders from various business units to gather requirements, develop project plans and ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Validate automation requests, perform feasibility and complexity analysis, and prepare ROI models
• Document functional specifications; ensure alignment with automation standards and security requirements
• Apply RSAE principles (Rationalize, Standardize, Automate, Educate) before automation to maximize value
• Prepare materials for approval gates, manage change requests, and ensure audit readiness
• Coordinate UAT, maintain test evidence, and oversee hypercare and handover activities
• Track benefits post-implementation and update dashboards for utilization and ROI
• Facilitate workshops, manage expectations, and coach citizen developers on best practices
  
  

• Bachelors degree in any IT-related course, Management Engineering, Mathematics or related disciplines
• 2 years experience in business analysis, project management and automation implementation
• Strong process mapping and analysis skills (BPMN, SIPOC)
• Knowledge of RPA tools (UiPath) and low-code platforms (PowerApps, Kissflow)
• Familiarity with automation lifecycle and governance frameworks
• Basic SQL/data validation and understanding of non-functional requirements
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
• Experience in Intelligent Automation or RPA projects
• Exposure to compliance, risk assessment, and IT governance processes
• Ability to create ROI models and prioritize automation opportunities
• Certification in business analysis (e.g. CBAP) or project management (e.g. PMP) is a plus
