RISK AND COMPLIANCE MANAGEMENT OFFICER

The Risk and Compliance Management Off icer assist the Risk and Compliance Management in ensuring that appropriate due diligence is conducted on third-party engagements and that service providers are compliant with all applicable regulations and Bank policies, particularly in the implementation of the Related Party requirements.

Responsibilities

• Reviews RP Analysis to establish if a service provider is a related party or not.
• Reviews and assists business units on their RPT vetting proposals.
• Ensures proper documentation of related party evaluations.
• Ensures that internal processes are aligned with the RPT policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
• Aids the team where it deems fit
  
  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or any Business course
• 2 years experience in banking operations
• Knowledge in Outsourcing and Concepts of Service Management
• Background with BSP Rules and Regulations on bank outsourcing
• Cognizant of bank’s products, processes, and policies
• Effective communication skills
• Strong ability with problem solving and analytical skills
• Familiarity with technology and tools (e.g. MS Office, MS Teams, Enterprise Resource Planning systems)
