We’re looking for a highly analytical, systems-minded Revenue Intelligence Analyst to power our sales strategy with data-driven insights.

This role sits at the heart of our revenue engine — transforming CRM data into actionable intelligence, improving process efficiency, and enabling leadership to make confident, high-impact decisions.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain dashboards that give sales leadership real-time visibility into pipeline health, conversion rates, forecasting accuracy, and performance trends
  • Analyze sales data to identify bottlenecks, surface growth opportunities, and recommend process improvements that drive measurable results
  • Support territory planning, account segmentation, and strategic targeting to help sellers prioritize high-value opportunities
  • Own CRM data integrity and continuously improve reporting accuracy, automation, and workflow efficiency
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing and Finance to optimize the full revenue lifecycle — from lead generation through closed-won
  • Leverage AI tools to streamline analysis, automate insights, and improve operational productivity
  • Present findings with clarity and confidence to senior sales leadership, influencing strategic direction

What You’ll Bring

  • 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, or a similar analytical role
  • Advanced expertise in HubSpot (custom reports, dashboards, workflows)
  • Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (advanced formulas, modeling, automation)
  • Experience with Gong and BI platforms (Power BI preferred)
  • A systems-thinking mindset — you don’t just analyze data, you improve how it’s captured and used
  • High attention to detail and a bias toward automation and scalable processes
  • Comfort using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to enhance productivity and insight generation
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills

  • Hybrid - At least 10x onsite in our Makati (PB Com Tower Ayala)
  • M to F, 6am to 3pm PH Time
