THE OPPORTUNITY

Our client, a leading food manufacturing company based in Australia with 70 years of operations, is hiring a Revenue Growth Manager to drive volume, revenue and profit growth through data-driven pricing and revenue strategies. The role focuses on providing financial reporting, commercial analysis, and decision support while optimizing trade spend and promotional investments with retail partners. . With a strong portfolio of well-loved brands across 4 business units- snack food, pantry, biscuits and baking and a nationwide presence, they are known for their commitment to quality and a people-first culture that values collaboration and long-term growth.

This role follows Australian business hours (6:00 AM – 3:00 PM PHT) and starts as a hybrid setup - 3 days in the office, 2 days work from home to align with the AU team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the Revenue Management process, embedding it into monthly and weekly business rhythms, and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Model promotional pricing strategies to maximize ROI and support commercial objectives.
  • Analyze category profitability, present insights, and influence decision-making across key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Category teams to apply revenue management principles to NPD, budgeting, and customer strategies.
  • Drive revenue growth strategy by leading customer investment planning and category-led engagement initiatives.
  • Design and implement data modeling and reporting tools to enhance revenue management capabilities.
  • Monitor market pricing and promotional dynamics, delivering actionable insights and tools to optimize promotional effectiveness.
  • Lead pricing and trade allowance investment strategies, ensuring alignment with brand positioning, category strategy, and financial targets.
  • Contribute to annual business planning, including national revenue growth planning, strategy assessment, and deployment of revised sales initiatives.


Skills, Experience & Qualification

  • 7+ years’ in revenue growth, category management, trade marketing or similar positions.
  • Excellent English communications to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Proven experience as a commercially astute FMCG professional, ideally with expertise in revenue growth management and pricing strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of promotional pricing tactics and ability to leverage market insights effectively.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Skilled at simplifying complex data and translating insights into actionable plans.
  • Track record of providing strategic guidance and roadmaps to senior leadership teams.
  • Confident, self-motivated communicator with the ability to interpret retail performance and present clear recommendations.
