✅ At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (New Curriculum)
✅ No work experience required
✅ Fresh graduates and career starters are welcome to apply
✅ Experience in upselling, cross-selling, or customer-facing roles is an advantage
✅ Strong willingness to learn and perform upselling when needed
✅ Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays
✅ Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
✅ Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills

• Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and service requests
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in every interaction
• Identify opportunities to recommend relevant products and services through upselling
• Meet customer satisfaction and performance targets
• Maintain professionalism and compliance with company policies
