Job Description

• Able to critically analyze and evaluate different campaign mechanics and work with various stakeholders to drive retail growth initiatives
• Monitor and actively drive growth of various retail project metrics
• Maintain and manage project timelines, expectations, tasks and resources, and create effective internal working process
• Provide timely in-depth reports and provide actionable suggestions based on data
• Conduct market research, gather intelligence and consumer behavior research
• Drive, manage, and boost platform-wide campaign collections
• Assist the team in developing join business plans
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Management or equivalent
• With 1 to 2 years of experience in data analysis and project management
• Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, analytical, driven, and responsible
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace (especially Excel and GSheets)
