We are seeking a compassionate and solutions-focused Resident Support Specialist to join our remote team. In this vital role, you will be the primary point of contact for residents, delivering prompt, friendly, and effective support across a range of topicsโfrom maintenance requests to community resources. ๐ ๏ธ Key Responsibilities โ Remote Resident Support and Services
Respond promptly and professionally to resident inquiries via phone, email, and resident portal.
Triage maintenance requests and escalate urgent issues in collaboration with property site teams.
Provide information and support related to lease questions, rent payments, community events, and local resources.
Document all resident interactions and follow-ups in property management systems with accuracy and attention to detail.
Identify opportunities to improve the resident experience and escalate feedback or recurring issues to leadership.
Work closely with property managers, compliance, and maintenance teams to resolve problems efficiently.
Assist with onboarding new residents and supporting lease renewal communications.
โ Qualifications โ Resident Support Specialist Requirements
1+ year of experience in customer service, property management, social services, or a related field.
Exceptional communication and active listening skills, with a friendly and empathetic approach.
Comfort navigating technology, including Microsoft Office, CRM, and property management software.
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and documentation abilities.
Bi/multilingual skills are a plus but not required.
