Reporting And Analytics Manager

Join our RMG Control Tower team, where you’ll play a key role in overseeing the operational delivery of Change and D3E work across the Risk Management Group. This role is focused on driving operational efficiency, strengthening cross‑functional collaboration, and enabling teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes with impact. You’ll work proactively with a broad network of stakeholders—including Product Managers, Delivery Leads, Business managers, and D3E squads—to ensure change initiatives and work from our technology and data are teams delivered effectively. By partnering closely with Delivery Leads and impacted groups, you’ll help create clarity, momentum and alignment across RMG’s change agenda.

What role will you play?

In this role you will manage core portfolio and project and product governance activities, including operational oversight, dashboarding, reporting and analysis to support effective delivery outcomes. You’ll act as the central coordination point for portfolio and product administration, providing governance support through Jira, Confluence, and JSM while engaging closely with stakeholders across the business. The role involves developing, maintaining, and continuously improving Power BI dashboards and reports to monitor business performance, ensuring data accuracy, and consistency. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather reporting and data requirements, deliver data‑driven insights, and present clear, actionable reports to senior stakeholders. In addition, you’ll also support financial management activities such as resource tracking and capacity management as well as portfolio governance activities like assurance to enable informed decision‑making across RMG change initiatives.

What You Offer

• Strong proficiency in Power BI data development, analytics or business intelligence, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, supported by strong analytical, problem‑solving abilities and the initiative to resolve issues independently
• Experience using Jira, Jira Service Management and Confluence is an advantage
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams to develop practical solutions to complex problems
• Excellent English communication skills with strong stakeholder engagement capabilities and high attention to detail
• Problem‑solving and innovation mindset, with the ability to design effective solutions aligned to strategic objectives
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences while remaining patient, resilient, and focused on long‑term outcomes
• Understanding of, or experience in, change delivery, data‑related initiatives, portfolio management or product operations, with the capacity to deliver high‑quality results to tight deadlines.
