Position: Medical Receptionist (Remote)

Schedule: U.S. Central Time hours

Work Setup: Remote

Compensation & Payment:

• Rate: $5/hour (first 3 months), increasing to $6/hour thereafter
• Payment Method: Wise

• Answer and manage incoming patient calls
• Schedule and coordinate appointments
• Verify insurance and check payer portals
• Manage tasks within the practice system
• Ensure accurate documentation and patient information
  
  
  

• Previous experience as a Medical Scribe or Medical Virtual Assistant (preferred)
• Strong English communication and listening skills
• Experience with EMR systems
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
• Ability to work during U.S. Central Time hours
