Relationship Manager

The Relationship Manager is responsible for expanding the bank’s corporate client base by acquiring new relationships, growing existing ones, and promoting cross-segment collaboration. This role blends client acquisition, strategic relationship development, and seamless service delivery to drive the bank’s business goals.

Responsibilities

• Calls and engage with select corporate accounts to identify business opportunities
• Acquires new-to-bank clients, especially within Top Corporates and MNCs
• Cross-sells relevant products across Corporate, Retail, Commercial, and Business Banking segments
• Assigns newly acquired accounts to appropriate Relationship Managers
• Monitors leads and track progress using available tools
• Oversees onboarding to ensure adherence to standard turnaround times
• Follows through until accounts are successfully transitioned
• Builds rapport with bank units and relationship teams to ensure effective execution and support
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields
• At least 3–5 years of experience in Corporate or Commercial Banking, Sales, or Relationship Management
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work cross-functionally and handle complex account coordination
