The Private Wealth Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and growing high-net-worth client relationships while ensuring compliance with account agreements, investment guidelines, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. The role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, providing investment advice, executing client instructions, addressing inquiries, and delivering an exceptional private wealth banking experience. The incumbent collaborates closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate execution of client requests and investment transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Private Wealth client accounts, ensuring compliance with investment guidelines, account agreements, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients through regular engagement, portfolio reviews, and exceptional service delivery.
• Provide tailored investment advice and market insights to support clients in achieving their financial objectives.
• Coordinate and execute client transactions and requests, including account administration, fund transfers, withdrawals, and trade processing.
• Resolve client inquiries, maintain accurate documentation, mitigate compliance and operational risks, and participate in ongoing professional development.
  
  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Preferably with a Master’s Degree or advanced business studies.
• Preferably with experience in the banking industry.
• Knowledge of trust services, investments, securities, and financial markets.
