Job Description

• Responsible for managing the merchant relationships including the onboarding process and on-going key account management
• At a more senior level, you would be given responsibility of a category to manage where you are expected (together with a team) to retain, optimize and drive overall sales volumes of the category
• Focus on acquiring high value sellers to join and start selling on Shopee
• Responsible for managing relationship with sellers after acquisition including supporting the onboarding and incubation process for these sellers.
• Provide market insights from sellers perspective, including understanding products, sellers, market & competitor dynamics
  
  

• Previous experience in Logistics is a plus
• Driven and motivated
• Logical thinking and strong problem solving skills
• Good team player, with an aptitude for sales and the ambition to constantly outperform your KPIs
• Fresh graduate / entry level with background in data analytics
• Experienced hires would be considered for more senior positions
