Job Description

Summary/Objective

The Regulatory Compliance Specialist will create, update, and revise regulatory content for Ncontracts'

compliance solutions. This includes extracting obligations and prohibitions from specific regulations and

summarizing them in plain-English, as well as extracting various other data points from the regulation

such as citation and applicable product or service the requirement applies to and adding this information

into our content management system.

Essential Functions

• Reading regulations
• Identifying obligations and prohibitions
• Entering obligations, prohibitions, and other pre-established data points into our content management system
  
  

Requirements And Skills

• Bachelor's degree
• Understanding of US banks, credit unions and/or mortgage companies
• Great reading comprehension
• Great writing skills
• Attention to detail
• Accurate data entry skills
• Exceptional fluency in American English
• Reliable
  
  

Work Location

• Home based work set up
• Monday to Friday; 5am to 2pm EST (Night shift)
• Should have strong internet connection (minimum of 20 mbps)
• Should have own Laptop/PC (minimum of i5 8GB RAM)
