As a Registration and Stakeholder Engagement Specialist, you will primarily facilitate the commercial switching, registration, and post-registration transactions for retail customers of the RES Entities and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. As a Registration and Stakeholder Engagement Specialist, you will primarily facilitate the commercial switching, registration, and post-registration transactions for retail customers of the RES Entities and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be

• The role builds and maintains strong working relationships with internal teams and key industry stakeholders—including Network Service Providers, Distribution Utilities, and Metering Service Providers ensuring all processes fully align with company policies, operational standards, and retail market regulations.
• Commercial Registration, Switching, & Post-Registration Lifecycle Management
• Contract Execution and Monitoring
• RES Compliance & Reportorial Support
• Stakeholder Engagement, Regulatory Policy Advocacy, & Market Representation

What You Will Need

• Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Commercial Management, or any 4-year related course
• Fluency in Bisaya (Cebuano/Hiligaynon) is highly preferred
• Professional: 2–3 years of direct experience in the Philippine energy sector
• Leadership: A plus, but not required.
