Recruitment Staff

Job Description:

Elevate Calls Inc is looking for an experienced and motivated Recruitment Staff to join our team in Manila, NCR, Philippines. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic recruitment plans, overseeing the entire recruitment process, and managing the recruitment team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to identify, attract, and retain top talent.
• Establish and maintain relationships with potential hiring sources such as universities, job boards, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on their qualifications and job requirements.
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates for fit and compatibility.
• Negotiate salary and benefit packages with successful candidates.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Keep track of recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.
• Provide advice and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment processes.
• Stay up to date with the latest recruitment trends and best practices.
  
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment and selection.
• Knowledge of current employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
