About the Role

We are looking for a smart and proactive Recruitment Sourcing Specialist to support our internal recruitment team with candidate sourcing, resume analysis, and talent identification.

The ideal candidate should have strong recruitment knowledge, experience with AI tools, and the ability to identify suitable candidates across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and other platforms.
• Analyze resumes and match candidates with job requirements.
• Build candidate pipelines for different roles.
• Use AI tools to improve sourcing and recruitment processes.
• Maintain candidate data and reports using MS Excel.
• Research talent markets and identify effective sourcing strategies.
• Support recruiters with candidate screening and shortlisting.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in recruitment sourcing, talent acquisition, or candidate research.
• Strong resume analysis and candidate evaluation skills.
• Experience in Healthcare roles, Blue-collar roles, Professional roles.
• Good knowledge of AI recruitment tools or ATS tools.
• Strong MS Excel skills.
• Smart thinker with excellent research and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to understand job requirements and identify the right talent.
• Fluent in English
• Fluent in Filipino
