Job Brief

Remotee, through our sister company Recruit Sync, is seeking a highly experienced elite Recruitment Resourcer to support an exciting Australian recruitment agency client with candidate sourcing, talent pooling, coordination and shortlist preparation.

This role will support end-to-end recruitment delivery by identifying strong candidates, managing candidate communication, updating ATS records, coordinating interviews and assisting recruiters with high-quality shortlist preparation.

The role is suited to someone who is confident sourcing talent, speaking with candidates, working across multiple roles and supporting Australian recruitment consultants in a fast-paced remote environment.

Mandatory Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in recruitment as a senior headhunter and candidate resourcing.
  • 2+ years' experience supporting Australian recruitment agencies or Australian clients.
  • Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Premium, Seek, job boards, databases and ATS platforms.
  • Experience using recruitment ATS systems such as Bullhorn, JobAdder, or similar.
  • Strong candidate screening and interview coordination experience.
  • Ability to write clear candidate summaries and shortlist notes.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple vacancies at once.
  • AI-native, with the ability to use AI tools to improve sourcing, screening, candidate summaries and workflow efficiency.


Responsibilities

  • Source suitable candidates for Australian client roles across LinkedIn, job boards, databases and referrals.
  • Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification calls.
  • Prepare candidate summaries, shortlist notes and client-ready profiles.
  • Manage candidate communication, follow-ups and interview coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records across ATS, CRM and task management systems.
  • Track recruitment pipelines, interview progress, client feedback and outstanding actions.
  • Support recruitment consultants with market mapping, talent pooling and salary benchmarking.
  • Post and manage job advertisements where required.
  • Assist with reference checks, compliance documentation and onboarding coordination.
  • Ensure a high-quality experience for candidates, clients and internal recruitment teams.
