Recruiter

Join Altametrics as a Recruiter and play a key role in scaling our enterprise software and professional services teams. You'll work closely with Hiring Managers and the Head of Recruitment to identify top talent; primarily focused on growing our sales, marketing, accounting teams and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. This is a full-time remote role that offers a collaborative environment and the opportunity to make a direct impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, referrals, and your personal LinkedIn profile.

Screen resumes and conduct video interviews to assess skills and culture fit.

Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and manage the full hiring cycle using ATS and CRM.

Administer assessments and support the Head of Recruitment as needed.

Provide an excellent candidate experience through timely communication and transparency.

Maintain confidentiality and uphold compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Qualifications:

3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.

Prior Experience In Restaurant Or Hospitality Industries Is Preferred.

Proven success recruiting for sales, accounting, development, and customer-facing roles.

Strong sourcing skills across platforms such as Indeed; with the ability and willingness to use LinkedIn as a recruiting tool.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
