Role Overview
You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment in the Philippines, ensuring we attract and hire people who share our values, raise our talent bar, and contribute to our ambition to become one of the strongest cybersecurity employers in the region.This is a hybrid role combining hands-on recruitment execution with strategic talent insight, including proactive sourcing, talent market analysis, data-driven decision making, and employer branding.
Key Responsibilities
Build and Deploy Powerful Employee Storytelling
Work with key team members to capture short, authentic employee video stories.
Highlight themes such as:
Their backgrounds and career origins
Experience in big-brand or major technology companies
What makes CyberOne different
How they’ve grown faster here
Why they enjoy being part of the team
Turn these videos into a core recruitment asset for targeted sourcing and outreach campaigns.
Analyse Talent Data to Identify High-Performing Backgrounds
Conduct structured analysis of our strongest hires to identify:
Previous employers (e.g., NCC, Crayon, Google, top MSPs, etc.)
Roles and experience types
Education, certifications, and training
Universities/programmes that produce strong performers
Industry patterns (cybersecurity, MSP, consulting, cloud)
Build a repeatable model of successful hiring patterns and use it to guide sourcing strategies.
Strengthen and Scale Our Employee Referral Engine
Promote and reinforce a visible, attractive internal referral programme.
Tap into the networks of existing high performers.
Ensure candidates coming through referrals are prioritised and well-managed.
Track referral performance and optimise based on quality and conversion.
Lead Targeted LinkedIn Recruitment
Execute structured, targeted outreach campaigns focused on top competitor companies.
Align outreach profiles with the characteristics of our strongest hires.
Use employee video stories as credibility and attraction assets.
Develop consistent pipelines for high-quality passive talent.
Define and Maintain the Ideal CyberOne Candidate Profile
Build and continuously update a clear definition of the ideal hire in the Philippines:
Skills, certifications, and experience
Cultural attributes and behaviours
Motivators and career drivers
Typical career paths
Preferred employers, industries, and universities
Use this profile to improve speed, accuracy, and confidence in hiring.
Drive Fast, High-Quality Hiring Execution
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer.
Ensure a high-quality candidate experience at every stage.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements quickly.
Maintain a pace of hiring that matches our rapid growth trajectory.
Proactively identify future talent needs based on organisational growth patterns.
Build talent pipelines to reduce time-to-hire and support internal talent development.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience recruiting in the Philippines for technical roles (SOC analysts, engineers, cloud specialists, developers, MSP roles) and non-technical roles (operations, sales, admin, project management).
Strong experience with LinkedIn sourcing, passive talent engagement, and outbound recruitment campaigns.
Demonstrated ability to analyse talent data, identify hiring patterns, and influence recruitment strategy.
Experience building or supporting employer branding initiatives, including creating or managing employee stories.
Excellent communication, research, and data-analysis skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment with shifting priorities.
Comfortable working remotely, independently, and collaboratively across global teams.
Knowledge of the cybersecurity, technology, or MSP talent market is a strong advantage.
