What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate with record custodians based on order priority to ensure timely completion
  • Escalate follow-ups as deadlines approach in accordance with standard procedures
  • Document all communications, order status, and tracking details in the system
  • Prioritize and route work orders to the appropriate departments based on due dates
  • Review incoming records against work orders to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Track and report daily productivity to the supervisor
  • Support operational needs, including phone coverage and workflow coordination


Key Criteria

  • Experience as a Customer Service Representative in medical, legal, or insurance settings (outbound calls preferred)
  • Ability to handle high-volume, multi-line calls with excellent phone etiquette
  • Advanced written and verbal English, with strong reading, analysis, and editing skills
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to change


Work setup:

  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): US Central Standard hours of 8:00AM to 5:00PM (10:00PM – 7:00AM PHT) with a full onsite model.
