The Mission: You will turn skilled assistants into strategic partners for Canadian Realtors and Brokerages.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Nuances: Teach the specifics of provincial regulations (e.g., OREA/BCREA), Fintrac compliance, and the nuances of Canadian neighborhood demographics.
Live Coaching: Conduct weekly interactive sessions focusing on lead nurturing, appointment setting, and managing the Canadian MLS system.

Requirements:

Experienced in the Canadian Real Estate industry (Realtor, Broker, or High-level Admin).
A passion for mentorship and the ability to simplify complex regulatory concepts.
Availability for 2–10 hours per week during Philippine morning hours (Canadian evening).
