Job Summary

Responsible for accurate and timely preparation of sales quotations, SAP data encoding, and purchase order creation. Supports sales and operations by ensuring customer requirements are properly translated into system-registered orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations based on client requirements.
• Review drawings and technical documents to confirm correct specifications.
• Coordinate with suppliers to get updated material prices.
• Input and update all quotations in SAP.
• Prepare order sheets and support the ordering process in SAP.
• Work with the Drawing & Standardization team to confirm technical feasibility.
• Submit and revise quotations on time as required.
• Keep proper records of all quotations and orders for tracking and reference.
  
  

• Accurate and complete quotations submitted on time.
• Correct specification details reflected in all quotations and orders.
• Quotations and order sheets properly entered and updated in SAP.
• Well-documented quotation records for tracking and reporting.
• Reduced errors and revisions through careful checking.
  
  

• Fresh graduate from technical courses (Engineering, Industrial Technology, Architecture, or related).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willing to be trained in SAP system and company-specific processes.
• Detail-oriented with strong numerical and documentation skills.
• Team player with good communication and coordination ability.
