Description
As a Senior QA Engineer, you will be responsible for defining test strategies, creating comprehensive test cases, and designing/implementing automated tests to validate functionality, performance, and data integrity across complex healthcare workflows. Your work will directly contribute to ensuring high-quality, compliant, and scalable healthcare interoperability solutions. You will collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, architects, and product owners, and you will have access to industry-leading processes, tooling, and standards within the global healthcare technology domain.
A Typical Day In The Life Includes
- You will participate in a multitude of activities with developer, product manage and
business analyst.
- You will conduct testing and create test cases for the software modules you will eventually be
responsible for
- You will implement and maintain desktop automation scrips.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related major
- 5+ years’ experience in software testing
- Solid Knowledge of software development process (especially in Agile process), QA
methodology, and tools (Jira, Database, etc.)
- Ability to maintain high-quality standards in test planning, designing, defect tracking, and test
case creation and execution
- Hands-on experience with API testing using tools such as Postman, Swagger, or equivalent.
- Can execute automation scripts and have basic troubleshooting skills
- Exposure to Cloud environment testing
- Experience testing in Linux environment.
- Knows basic Linux commands.
- Experience with SQL
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
- Quick learner
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with performance testing
- Experience with security testing
- Experience working with Healthcare is a plus.
- Proficiency in creating automation scripts using languages such as Python, Java, C#, or
JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience working with Docker containers
- Experience working within Agile development environments using tools such as Jira.
