Job Description

The Quality and Training Officer position is primarily responsible for planning, conducting, implementing, and evaluating SDCM training/mentoring programs to address the training needs of employees aligned with corporate objectives and specified training directions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct training needs analysis for SDCM sales forces and enable changes to TNA modalities.
  • Design, pilot, iterate, and enhance trainings and other learning interventions, enabling adjustments to learning design and delivery.
  • Coordinate with business partners, service suppliers, and resource persons to ensure training objectives are met.
  • Evaluate the impact of piloted trainings and learning interventions.
  • Document training impacts and enable improvements in documentation and record-keeping processes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of background in the Financial Services industry.
  • Minimum of 5 years in Learning & Development (experience in sales and sales management is an advantage).
  • Proficiency in the ADDIE model and Design Thinking process.
  • Strong capabilities in data gathering, research, and analysis.
  • Solid understanding of both internal and external training processes.
