Your Role

As a Project Scheduler, you are the architect of our project timelines. You will oversee the resource management of in-house and subcontracted field crews, ensuring every task is perfectly synchronized. You believe in doing the job right, being the best, and you’re up for the challenge.

In This Role, You Will

• Master the Timeline: Develop, implement, and maintain a robust scheduling management system to keep US operations on track.
• Monitor Progress: Review progressed schedules against deadlines, identifying critical activities, reviewing forecasts, and ensuring achievement dates are met.
• Facilitate High-Level Meetings: Convene and lead schedule update meetings with senior operations management, peers, and US-based customers.
• Drive Strategy: Participate in estimating and bidding projects, contract negotiations, and the preparation of change orders.
• Mitigate Risk: Proactively identify potential scheduling delays and facilitate immediate remedial actions to keep projects moving.
• Support the Lifecycle: Assist Project Managers with resource coordination and the detailed monitoring of all scheduled assignments.

What You Need

• Technical Expertise: Proven experience in P6 (Primavera) and a strong understanding of Critical Path Methodology.
• Communication Skills: Professional business communication skills with the confidence to handle public speaking and lead meetings in English.
• Software Literacy: Proficiency in the MS Office Suite, particularly for project tracking.
• Analytical Mindset: A solid understanding of WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) to organize project elements effectively.
• Shift Alignment: Comfort working the Eastern Time (EST) Night Shift to support real-time US field operations.
  
  

Nice-to-Haves

• Industry Experience: Prior experience in Telecom or Wireline projects.
• Advanced Excel: Ability to use Pivot Tables on an intermediate basis.
• System Knowledge: Experience with Oracle systems.
