Job Description
- Handle daily client communication and maintain strong client partnerships
- Manage multiple projects under a single client account simultaneously
- Stay on top of the pipeline of incoming builds and ongoing projects
- Help plan team resourcing and project allocation based on priorities and timelines
- Report blockers, risks, concerns, and project updates to the internal team proactively
- Review design files, project scopes, and technical requirements before development
- Coordinate closely with developers, designers, QA, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
- Manage timelines, deliverables, priorities, and project expectations
- Lead internal meetings, status updates, and project planning discussions
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations
- Identify process improvements and help optimize project workflows
- 4+ years’ experience in project management within a digital agency,web agency or creative agency environment
- Proven experience managing website builds
- Experience managing multiple projects and retainers for the same client account
- Strong understanding of web development workflows, UI/UX processes and technical project requirements
- Excellent client communication skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Familiarity with project management tools
- Ability to confidently communicate with both technical and non-technical teams
- Experience working with remote or cross functional teams is a plus
- Experience managing custom software development projects
- Experience working with custom CMS platforms
- Strong understanding of software development processes and workflows
- Experience with Agile workflows or Scrum methodologies
- Background in WordPress, Shopify, or custom web development projects
